European Blackjack rules are the same as the American Blackjack tough is slightly different: the dealer reveal one card at the beginning and won’t get any other until you decide all. You cannot surrender, the dealer must hit when he’s on 17, unlike the american version where the dealer will stand. In the European version the player can double down only with hand of  9, 10 or 11 unlike the American wich can double-down on any hand.
